What is the minimum order?

50 pieces per flavour. You can combine many flavours and models in one order.

Can individuals order?

Yes, if you resell through a registered business or as a registered sole trader. We need a business, trade or import registration number at checkout. We do not sell for personal use.

Which countries do you supply?

The Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia.

What currency do you charge in?

US dollars, per piece.

Are the products registered in my country?

Registration depends on the model and the market. Ask us before ordering and check with your regulator. You are responsible for confirming registration before import.

Are puff counts exact?

No. Puff counts are the maker’s rating and the real count varies with how the device is used.

How do I pay?

We issue a proforma invoice after confirming stock and freight. Payment details are on the invoice.
