Wholesale terms

1. Who can buy

We sell to licensed importers, distributors, retailers and registered sole traders based in the Philippines, Indonesia or Malaysia who resell to adults. Individuals may order in their own name if they hold a business, trade or import registration. We do not sell to consumers for personal use.

2. Legal age

Buyers must be of legal age in their country: 21 or older in the Philippines and Indonesia, 18 or older in Malaysia.

3. Minimum order

The minimum order is 50 pieces per flavour. Different flavours, models and brands can be combined in one order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars per piece and exclude freight, import duty, excise and local taxes. We send a proforma invoice confirming stock and freight before payment is due. Prices may change until an invoice is issued.

5. Product registration

Each market requires local registration before vape products can be imported or sold. In the Philippines this is DTI product certification (PS licence or ICC) under Republic Act 11900. In Malaysia it is Ministry of Health registration under Act 852. In Indonesia nicotine liquid must carry the excise stamp and meet the product standards in Government Regulation 28 of 2024. The buyer is responsible for confirming that each model and flavour ordered is registered for sale in its market, and for holding the import permits required.

6. Restricted destinations

We do not ship to any country where the sale or import of vapes is banned, including Thailand, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar and Australia.

7. Sales to minors

Buyers must not resell to anyone under the legal age in their market. We will close the account of any buyer found doing so.

8. Warnings

These products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. They are not for use by minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions.
